Whether you are looking to move soon, or just want to hear about what your options are, we are happy to speak with and advise you on what is available. If you ask us to send your resume for a position, we will strive to minimize any surprises by keeping you updated throughout the entire process, from resume screening to introduction to offer stage to follow up after you have joined your new company.

Many candidates fail interviews due to reasons that can be prevented. Generally people are the expert at their job and not necessarily finding a new job. We can help you by adding value to the search and interview process so that you are presented in the best possible light to the client, and we do NOT share your information or resume with a client unless you have agreed to be introduced. This way YOU are empowered with the choice whether or not to proceed based on YOUR impression of the client.

If you have no interest in moving right now, you may be surprised at how things can change several years down the road. Either way, we want to keep you updated on what is going on in your area of the market. Since we work a limited number of positions, please understand that we will not be able to help you if you are not currently working in the area we cover.

Market Condition

Many people are not looking to move in the short term, but would like to know more about what is happening in the job market and how it relates to them. As part of our long term relationships, we believe in meeting candidates who are not ready to change in addition to those who are ready, and giving them our insight on what is happening in their part of the market.
